Shipping typically takes 2-5 business days depending on the chosen shipping method. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and delivery location, and any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply are the responsibility of the customer. Additionally, customers must follow all instructions provided on the checkout page when placing an order. Failure to adhere to these instructions will result in the cancellation of the order.

If your package is lost, damaged, or seized during transit, please contact our support team at support@spectrelabsuk.com within 30 days of placing your order. We are unable to assist with delivery issues reported after this 30-day window due to our strict privacy policy, which is explained further below. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns under any circumstances. However, if there is a problem with your order—such as non-delivery, damaged goods, or incorrect items received—Spectre Labs will offer a one-time reshipment at no additional cost, provided the issue is reported within 30 days of the order date. Our team will review your request and arrange a reshipment if the issue is verified. For products that are not our own brand, please note that the actual brand may differ from the image shown on our website. In the event that we run out of stock after an order is placed, we will offer one of the following options: a replacement item of equal or greater value, a full refund, or a delayed shipment once the item is back in stock. For the protection of our customers, Spectre Labs deletes all customer data, including order information, after 30 days from the date of purchase. As a result, we are unable to verify or assist with any claims or issues reported beyond this 30-day period. All sales are final unless a reshipment or refund is approved under the conditions outlined above.
